At BCC we provide building inspections for building projects we have approved.
We recommend all structural element inspections (e.g. footings, slab, frame etc) be undertaken by a registered structural engineer (RPEQ).
Please contact us to arrange a suitable time for inspection and please provide 48 hour’s notice. At time of final inspection we recommend that copies of all relevant Form 15 and Form 16 certificates are provided to the inspector.
